Chip Morris and Staci Hoffman have been lifelong friends since they met in college. While Chip pursued a career in aviation and Staci in public service, they have always shared an interest in real estate.  This shared pursuit led to an opportunity to own Maples Properties.  Founded in 2001 by Chris Maples, Maples Properties began as a real estate investment brokerage.  She has been the driving force in the success of the company and continues to offer guidance and mentorship. 

Today, the team at Maples Properties provides commercial and residential real estate services, property management, and association (HOA/COA/POA) management services.
